CONTRACTS SUPERVISOR – Sheeting & Cladding

Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

About the Role

An experienced Contracts Supervisor is required to oversee roofing refurbishment projects within the sheeting and cladding sector. You will manage contracts from order through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within specification and to a high standard of quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple projects

* Review project specifications, programmes and construction plans

* Plan resources including subcontractors, labour and materials

* Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure performance and compliance

* Monitor site progress, quality standards and health & safety requirements

* Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact delivery

* Provide regular progress reports and maintain accurate site records

* Identify variations and report them appropriately

* Maintain strong client relationships and provide project updates

* Ensure sites remain safe, compliant, clean and professionally presented

* Carry out inductions, toolbox talks and site inspections

* Assist with final inspections and project sign-off

Essential Requirements

* Proven experience as a Contracts Supervisor within roofing refurbishment

* Strong sheeting and cladding experience (essential)

* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations

* Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
