Quantity Surveyor

- Key Responsibilities

Manage cost planning, procurement, and pre/post-contract services on live projects
Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and financial reports
Lead contract administration using JCT and NEC forms
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain clear communication
Conduct valuations, assess variations, and support dispute resolution
Support junior colleagues and contribute to team culture and technical delivery

Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements

3-5 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Solid knowledge of procurement, cost management, and contract admin
Comfortable working across a range of sectors (public/private infrastructure, commercial etc.)
Strong communicator, client-facing, and highly organised
On the APC pathway or recently chartered
