Associate – Non-Contentious Construction

A leading firm is looking to hire a talented Construction Associate to join its top-tier non-contentious construction team in London.

This is a standout opportunity for an associate who wants to work at the very top of the market, advising on some of the most high-profile and complex development and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally.

The group’s four main areas of work comprise Energy, Real Estate & New Communities, Social and Transport Infrastructure and Industrial Processes and Natural resources.

The role

Focus on non-contentious construction matters, including drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
Advise major developers, sponsors, lenders and public bodies
Work closely with market-leading partners on flagship projects across sectors such as real estate, energy and infrastructure

The ideal candidate

2-4 PQE
Experience in non-contentious construction from a strong City or international firm
Technically excellent, commercially minded and keen to develop within a truly elite practice
