A well-established Super Prime Residential contractor (25+ years in the market) is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to cut your teeth in some of London’s most prestigious projects, while learning from experienced surveyors and commercial leaders.

• High-value private residences across Central London
• Project values ranging from £1m apartment fit-outs to £14m full townhouse refurbishments in Mayfair
• Complex refurbishments, luxury fit-outs, and bespoke finishes for UHNWI clients

• Split between office (Hertfordshire, 2–3 days) and site visits in London (2–3 days)
• Assist senior surveyors with procurement, cost reporting, valuations, and variations
• Gain exposure to both commercial strategy and live project delivery
• Work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients

• Join a contractor with a quarter-century track record and a secure pipeline of flagship projects

• 1-3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying (high-end residential experience a plus, but not essential)
