I’m recruiting for a standout Project Quantity Surveyor to join one of the most renowned and respected developers in London, based on a flagship residential scheme in Wembley. You’ll be stepping into a key Quantity Surveyor position on a high-profile residential project, working alongside some of the best professionals in the industry. This developer is known for investing in their people, promoting from within, and delivering landmark schemes across London.

The role:

* Cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management

* Valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Working closely with project and site teams to drive performance

* Reporting into an experienced Commercial Manager & Senior Quantity Surveyor

What I’m looking for:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role

* Background with a main contractor or residential developer

* Strong experience on residential projects

* Confident, commercially astute, and able to manage your own packages

* Someone ambitious who wants to progress into senior roles
