A Surrey based Quantity Surveying consultancy with a flat structure, is seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys delivering projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The Partners are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable and able to carry out pre and post contract services such as preparing bills of quantities, schedule of works, and be able to present work to clients.
Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a nice mix of leisure, university, and high-end residential projects throughout the UK.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
MRICS would be a bonus
A proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
Strong pre contract knowledge
Able to work independently and present to clients
PQS / Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
Driving licence and car - happy to travel to projects across the UKIn Return?
£65,000 - £75,000
Business mileage and expenses
Autonomy and flexible working - minimal days in the office across each month
