A well‑established cost consultancy working on behalf of Tier 1 Contractors is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. They are based close to London Bridge and have over 30 years’ experience managing highly complex construction projects across sectors including Civic, Commercial, Defence, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Leisure, Residential and Life Science. Projects range from minor works to multi‑million‑pound schemes.

This consultancy is owner‑managed and places strong emphasis on delivering exceptional value and building long‑term relationships, supported by a skilled team experienced in handling complex multidisciplinary work.

Private Quantity Surveying, Project Monitoring, Bills of Quantities, Cost Planning, Estimating, Tendering and full post‑contract commercial services.

The Role – Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will support pre‑ and post‑contract duties on a wide range of high‑profile schemes delivered for Tier 1 Contractors. You will be primarily office‑based with client and site visits, with flexible working available once established.

• Experience working for a main contractor (ideal but not essential)
• Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Strong commercial awareness and willingness to learn
• Positive, collaborative approach

  8am – 5pm
