Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary:
Up to £95,000 + Package (including car allowance)

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a large-scale new build residential development in Hackney
, comprising up to 200 new homes
.

This is a key commercial role on a flagship RC frame residential scheme, offering long-term security, strong project exposure, and an excellent remuneration package.

• Commercial lead on a major new build residential project from pre-construction through to final account
• Management of subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments, and variations
• Cost reporting, forecasting, and risk management
• Working closely with the site delivery team and senior management
• Regular travel between the Hackney site and Head Office in North London

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (or strong Project QS ready to step up)
• Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
• Strong experience on RC frame and/or new build residential projects
• Comfortable running large packages or full projects autonomously
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Able to travel between site and head office as required
