What You’ll Do

* Lead contract administration on commercial projects

* Deliver technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals

* Advise on dilapidations for landlords and tenants

* Diagnose defects and produce clear technical reports

* Support a wide range of chartered-level building surveying work

What You’ll Bring

* Degree in Building Surveying + MRICS

* Excellent report writing and commercial awareness

* Experience in a proactive consultancy environment

* Confident communicator with strong client skills
