Resident Architect; Civil project

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of construction projects, ensuring full compliance with design drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental practices.
• Perform regular site inspections to verify construction progress, identify any discrepancies, and suggest necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to address any technical or construction-related issues that arise on-site.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with BCA regulations, local building codes, and required authority submissions. Assist in managing inspections and audits by relevant authorities.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the project management team, highlighting risks, delays, and quality concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in architectural project supervision or construction management.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in architectural software and tools.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance.
