An award winning, London based developer of exceptional residential properties have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their new offices in West London.

This modern, dynamic residential developer build quality properties that reflect the aspirations of their residents, stimulate thriving communities and set a benchmark for modern living in the City of London. The company have been around for over 5 years and have already created a development pipeline worth over £2 billion. Their achievements have been recognised within the industry and they have won multiple awards, including newcomer of the year, and the new homes awards.

They are extremely busy and as a result are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role is office based, with regular site visits as and when required. All of their projects are based within the M25.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have extensive experience of overseeing new build residential developments from start to finish, have experience of RC frame, metsec facades, brickwork and concrete frames. Additionally, a track record working on London based residential developments is highly advantageous.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Experience working on new build residential developments from start to finish
• Experienced with RC frames, metsec facades, brickwork and concrete frames
• London based project experience is ideal
• Dynamic, hard-working and driven
• Exceptional commercial skills and awareness
• Full UK drivers’ license
