I am actively representing a well-known residential developer based in Woodford who are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator / Senior Technical Coordinator. This is a reputable company with over 450 staff members and over £220m worth of land for future developments

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent experience on projects with RC frame over 10 storeys, and must have an extensive background within the residential sector.

Key attributes:

• A minimum of 4 years experience as a Technical/Design Coordinator.
• Solid employment history.
• Good RC frame experience.
