A growing medium sized Main Contractor who specialise in the refurbishment market are looking to secure the services of an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This position is due to company growth, with them recently winning flagship project. With expansion plans this company is highly geared to become a recognised name within the industry. This is a company that encourage a great working environment and approach the industry in a different but positive way.

This would be a site based role with some office visits. The project is a new build £25,000,000 hotel. The hotel will be built to a minimum of 5
* standard and will include 150 rooms, a spa, swimming pool, treatment rooms and a large conference centre.

This role would suit a solid Quantity Surveyor who is able to manage standard packages, or work under the guidance of a Senior Surveyor on larger ones. With repeat business being key to this company, client relations is a very important skill set for this role.

The ideal candidate must have
:

• Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
• Involved with projects over £20,000,000.
• A stable CV that demonstrates loyalty and career progression.

It is desirable to have:

• HNC/Degree related to construction.
• Experience working on hotel projects.

You may also be considered if you are:

• An experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to make a step up.
• A Senior Quantity Surveyor with the right experience.

This role is about securing the right person so a Senior or Assistant would be considered if they were suitable for the project and company. Salaries and packages would reflect people’s experience.
