Contracts Manager (Main Contractor Special Works) | Permanent | Hertfordshire / London

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Car / allowance / package

Location: Hertfordshire, London

A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their Special Works Division on permanent basis.

The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. The Special Works Division carries out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit‑out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £3m in value, with a range of public and private clients predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors.

They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of managing multiple projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors. Experience working for a similar company within a Special / Small Works Division would be highly advantageous. The position will be based out of their offices near Harpenden, Herts, and working on projects across the Northern Home Counties and London.

• Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on Education and Healthcare projects between £100,000 to £3m is ideal
• Refurbishment and Fit‑out experience
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong customer focused skills
• High level of energy and ambition
