A leading Regional Main Contractor that builds, refurbishes and regenerates homes and communities across the UK has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join them, initially working on a large new build residential scheme in West London.

The project in West London comprises the demolition and creation of circa 70 new affordable homes. The project value is circa £16m and is currently at the demolition stage. The new homes will achieve a standard equivalent to Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and encompass sustainable technology including living green roofs, solar panels and a centralised heating plant for the maisonettes and flats.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to come on board and oversee the project. Piling is due to start soon and they are looking to get the right person on board swiftly. They are looking for a Senior Site Manager that has a proven track record of delivering new build residential schemes from inception through to completion, with experience of RC frames.

Senior Site Manager:

• Track record working on new build residential projects from inception through to completion for a reputable main contractor or developer
• RC frame experience
• Excellent all round construction knowledge
• Strong management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
• First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
