Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 + package

A leading, well respected construction company has an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take charge of a £25m, RC frame, 8 storey, new build residential project in West London.

The company has been around for over 50 years, and has a strong track record for delivering high quality, large scale construction projects that put local communities at the core of their business.

They operate across London and the South East, carrying out public sector housing, education and healthcare projects. They have a unique and unrivalled approach to community regeneration and affordable housing projects.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of a £25m new build residential project comprising 125 units, built using an RC frame that is 8 storeys high. The Project Manager will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar schemes with a reputable house builder. High rise, RC frame experience is essential and the Project Manager will need to have excellent all‑round construction knowledge and be a strong manager of full site teams.

• Strong track record delivering new build residential projects
• Track record delivering RC frame / high rise projects from inception through to completion
• Experience working for a reputable house builder
• Excellent all‑round construction knowledge
• Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
• First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS and Temporary Works
