Salary: £65,000 - £85,000

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is urgently required to work for a top 10 house builder in South East London to work on a mixture of houses and apartments.

The purpose of this role is to manage the financial administration of projects carried out by the contractors, ensuring that general quantity surveying roles are performed to the highest standard, making sure the SHEQ standards are followed and understood at all times, making sure the company’s way of work is learned and applied into your daily work, acting in a professional working manner in everything you’re doing to make sure the company’s enhancement.

To apply for this role you will need to have the following:

• 7-10 years of experience
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar related course
• MRICS or MCIOB qualification
• Good data interrogation skills
• Line management skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access
• Previous experience in construction or a similar sector
• Valid driving licence
• CSCS card at the appropriate level
