A leading Main Contractor based near Watford, Herts, has a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices near Watford in Hertfordshire.

With a focus on excellence and strong client relationships, they have become a leading provider in the property refurbishment, new build, repair and maintenance markets across the UK. They operate in sectors including education, healthcare, social housing, heritage and commercial.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Social Housing Department; someone who can work autonomously and manage 2 or 3 projects concurrently. The role involves new build and refurbishment projects within the Social Housing sector, with project values generally between £1m and £5m.

• Track record working for a reputable main contractor
• Experience working on social housing new build and refurbishment projects
• Able to work autonomously on 2 or 3 projects concurrently
• Excellent all round commercial skills and knowledge
• Full UK Driver's licence
• Able to commute to Hertfordshire (near Watford) on a daily basis
