A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on permanent basis, focusing on their projects within London.

The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. They carry out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit‑out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £5m in value, with a range of public and private clients.

They have a number of specialist divisions within the business focussing on specific sectors. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team that specialises in projects within London, which undertakes projects from £500k to £3m in value. This area of the business carry out refurbishment projects within the education, healthcare and commercial sectors.

• Track record working for a reputable main contractor
• Experience working on education, healthcare and commercial refurbishment projects
• Excellent all round commercial skills
• Evidence of making profits on contracts
• A thorough understanding of the building process
• Able to commute to Hertfordshire
