Junior Project Manager

Position: Junior Project Manager (Contract)

An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to support a Senior Project Manager on a live construction project based at London Bridge. The project involves a three-floor internal fit-out. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop their career in project management within construction.

If performance is strong and workload allows, there is potential for the role to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day site operations

* Supporting project coordination, scheduling, and site activities

* Helping manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics

* Monitoring progress and reporting updates

* Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed on site

* Assisting with documentation, reporting, and general project administration

Candidate Requirements

* Junior-level experience or strong interest in construction/project management

* Willingness to learn and develop skills on site

* Proactive, reliable, and organised

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to work on site in a fast-paced environment
