A Bid Writer is required to work for a main contractor in West London.

You will be working on projects including residential, commercial, education and healthcare.

This main contractor is well known in the construction industry for their impressive track record and their strong pipeline of work, this main contractor specialises in super prime residential, refurbishment and fit-out schemes in the sectors of education, heritage healthcare and residential.

Responsibilities:

• You will be overseeing all bids within the department to make sure that it is all running smoothly thorough from the content to the presentation.
• Make sure all bids have a win strategy that is communicated to all of the members on the team.
• Develop a strategy to win each project bid.
• Manage final negotiations leading to Contract signing.

Ideal Candidate:

• You are required to have a relevant construction degree.
• Experience of bid management.
• Proven track record in winning bids in the construction industry.
• Well-developed presentation and communication skills.
• High quality presentational skills.
• Track record of successfully managing multiple bids.
