We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dumper Driver to join our team for a project in Hayes. • Operating a dumper to transport materials and rubbish across the site.
• Ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials as per project requirements.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations while operating machinery.
• Conducting routine checks and maintenance of the dumper to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Collaborating with the site team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS certification for dumper operation.
• EUSR Persons training is required.
• Proven experience in operating dumpers in a construction or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols on-site.
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

• Begin the day with a safety briefing and equipment checks.
• Operate the dumper to transport materials and waste to designated areas.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
