Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + package

Location: London (East London)

A reputable Main Contractor based in East London has an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.

The company specialises in the delivery of top quality projects across London and the Home Counties for both private and public sector clients, across sectors such as Residential, Social Housing, Commercial, Education, Industrial, Healthcare and Retail. They handle new build, refurbishment, fit‑out, restoration and maintenance projects ranging from £50,000 to £5m in value.

As a business, they are very client‑focused and provide sustainable, value‑for‑money projects delivered through effective planning, communication and a partnership ethos that builds early trust and integration with clients.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based out of their East London offices and to visit sites within the M25 corridor.

• Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Experience on new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in value
• Experience across multiple sectors
• Excellent commercial skills and awareness
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects
• Willingness to commute to East London and visit sites along the M25 corridor
