A Senior Site Manager is required to work for a highly respected Main Contractor in West London.
This main contractor has a strong pipeline of work which gives them a very impressive track record which is one of the best in the industry, this main contractor the name that they have today, they specialise in Fit out, refurbishment and new build. This main contractors projects values up to £50m.
The project for this main contractor is a complex £10m cut and carve scheme in West London.
The responsibilities for this role
- Overseeing all of the site staff including subcontractors.
- Making sure Health and safety is up to the client’s standard.
- Responsibility for the whole site.
- Making sure all of the method statements are all correct.
- Site managing the site from start to finish.
Ideal candidate
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
- You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
- Main contracting experience.
- A strong track record as a Site Manager.
- Projects seen through from inception to completion.
- Having worked on Cut and Carve schemes.
- CSCS Card.
- SMSTS certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
