A great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning house builder on a permanent basis, working on a large, long-term, new build residential project in South West London.
The company has been around for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading house builders in the country, with regional offices across the South East of England.
Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality-focused and recognized as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.
They are an extremely busy business with a lot of projects currently ongoing, and much more in the pipeline. They are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience working on new build residential projects for a reputable house builder.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have a proven track record of working autonomously on concurrent new build residential projects and have excellent all-round commercial skills.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree qualified
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working for a reputable house builder
- New build residential project experience is essential
- Able to work on multiple projects autonomously
- Excellent all-round commercial skills
- Full UK Driver's Licence
