Mechanical Site Managers / Construction Managers / Supervisors – Commercial Office Fit‑Out

Location: London & Surrounding areas

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + Travel, Expenses, Healthcare & Bonus

Day Rate: £300–£350 per day

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Site Managers, Construction Managers, and Supervisors to join our team delivering high‑end commercial office fit‑out projects across London & Surrounding areas. If you thrive in fast‑paced, high‑spec fit‑out environments and have a proven track record in mechanical installations, this is an exciting opportunity to join multiple prestigious projects.

• Oversee mechanical installation works on commercial office fit‑out projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and day‑to‑day site operations.
• Ensure works are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other trades.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards.
• Problem‑solve on site and drive progress to meet programme deadlines.
• Manage documentation, permits, RAMS, and reporting.

• Proven commercial office fit‑out experience.
• Experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services (HVAC, pipework, ductwork, plant rooms, etc.).
• Ability to manage fast‑track, high‑spec projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
