Senior Quantity Surveyor

With recent internal promotions, a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions to their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working within an expanding quantity surveying team, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across various public sector projects including fire remediation, housing / residential, education, and healthcare.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall carry out a QS/EA/CA role, help mentor the younger QSs, and also work closely with clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS would be preferred, not essential
Previous experience as a SQS within a PQS / Consultancy environment

Experience of working on public sector projects would be ideal
A proven track record of delivering projects pre and post contract
Client facing
Comfortable working within a small QS team
Employers Agent experience would be a bonus
