I have a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a high end residential building contractor, working on high end residential projects in South West London.

The company have been around since the 1980's, initially carrying out small extensions and alterations within the high end residential sector. Over the years they have continuously evolved, and are one of the most reputable builders in the high end residential sector carrying out prestigious projects to the highest quality.

They carry out new build developments, refurbishment projects, extensions and alterations throughout South West London and the surrounding areas. Regardless of the project, the aim remains the same; to exceed their clients' high expectations. Client focus and an uncompromising attitude to quality of finish are the driving forces behind the success of their business.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager that can hit the ground running and drive projects through to completion. Experience working on high end residential refurbishment projects including basement excavation is essential. New build experience is ideal as well as the company also carry out their own developments from groundworks through to completion.

• Experienced No.1 Site Manager with a track record working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Refurbishment and basement excavation experience is essential
• Ideally new build experience as well from groundworks through to completion
• Background working on high end residential projects
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
• Presentable with strong client facing skills
• Excellent man management skills
• Able to commute to South West London on a daily basis
