Your Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful, on‑time delivery of projects.
- Integrate budget control, resource allocation, and team management into project execution.
- Maintain a keen interest in health and safety on site; oversee risk assessments and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment using supplier networks.
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear, concise information flow.
- Oversee pre‑construction phases from RIBA stage 2 through to RIBA stage 6.
- Manage schedules and milestones to meet project timelines.
- Build and lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Hold a bachelor's degree (BA Hons) in Construction Management, BEng in Civil Engineering, or related field, preferably.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in new build housing, high‑rise apartments, residential conversions, and building safety refurbishments.
- Extensive knowledge of construction management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
