Summary:

A mid‑sized mainויס contractor specialising in commercial and residential developments seeks a Senior Estimator to support its commercial team from the Farringdon head office. This role offers the chance to joinajo a medium‑sized business poised for growth over the next five years, backed by an impressive pipeline of prestigious projects.

• Accurately calculate project costs (labour, materials, time, equipment) for bids.
• Analysing plans.
• Gather supply quotes and assess risks to ensure profitable project acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Manage budgets.
• Oversee the entire estimation process from start to finish.

• Must have principal contractor residential experience.
• Previous experience in a similar Estimator/Managing/Senior Estimator position.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
