An established multidisciplinary property consultancy is expanding its Commercial team and is seeking an Associate-level Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in one of the UK’s most high-profile regeneration programmes
, with secured work streams extending up to 5 years
.

This role goes well beyond traditional site-based QS duties. You’ll be embedded in a flagship cladding and building safety programme
, supporting cost strategy,
funding requirements
, contract administration, and commercial governance – working closely with a Director and a growing team as the division scales.

• Long-term involvement in a nationally significant regeneration scheme
• Exposure to funding structures, cost validation, and commercial strategy
• Opportunity to shape and improve QS processes as the cladding pipeline grows
• Clear route to senior leadership within a lean, high-impact team

• Administer and manage JCT contracts
  , valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Act as Contract Administrator on selected schemes
• Balance on baratos presence with strategic cost reporting and funding support
• Work closely with fire, structural, and building surveying teams

• Associate-level Quantity Surveyor (MRICS preferred)
• Proven background in cladding, remediation, or complex building safety projects
• Confident operating on site and at client/director level
• Interested in improving systems, processes, and commercial controls
• Hybrid working (up to 2 days WFH)
