Our client delivers high-quality residential developments across London and the South East
, and this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a range of live housing projects while developing your career within residential construction.

• Assisting with cost control and budget management across residential projects
• Supporting the preparation of valuations and cost reports
• Assisting with subcontractor procurement and administration
• Helping manage variations and change control
• Supporting final accounts and project close-out
• Liaising with site teams and subcontractors

• Some experience within Quantity Surveying in residential construction or development
• Strong commercial awareness and numerical ability
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to travel to sites across London and the South East

• Salary between £30,000 £ 40,000
