Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-contract activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, tender submissions, and evaluation.
• Manage post-contract work such as progress payments, variation orders, cost control, and final accounts.
• Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure contract administration is compliant with SIA or REDAS Design & Build Conditions

• Participate in project meetings and provide cost and contractual advice to project teams.
• Monitor project budgets, prepare cost reports, and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to verify quantities, pricing, and claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying
  , or related disciplines.
• Experience handling both pre- and post-contract stages, with stronger exposure to post-contract work.
• Well-versed in SIA or REDAS Design & Build Conditions used in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
