Pre-Construction Manager

My Client are seeking a Small Works Pre-Construction Manager to support the tendering and early planning of CAT A and CAT B office fit‑out projects across London. The role will focus on smaller‑value works, ensuring projects are fully costed, programmed and de‑risked prior to delivery.

• Manage pre‑construction activities for small works CAT A and CAT B office fit‑out projects
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, including pricing, programmes and scopes of work
• Engage with supply chain and subcontractors to obtain competitive and accurate packages
• Review drawings, specifications and client briefs to identify risks, value‑engineering opportunities and buildability issues
• Work closely with design, commercial and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover into construction
• Assist with value engineering, cost planning and budget alignment
• Attend client meetings and support bid presentations where required

• Proven experience in pre‑construction or estimating within office fit‑out (CAT A / CAT
  
  B)
• Strong understanding of small works projects and fast‑track delivery environments
• Good commercial awareness and ability to price works accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Experience working on London‑based fit‑out projects preferred
