Role: Bid Coordinator / Writer (Construction)

Location: South East London, Hybrid working available

Salary, up to £60k plus car allowance, bonus & other benefits

Due to a strong 2026 pipeline, we are looking to for a Bid Coordinator / Writer who is ready to take on a pivotal role delivering high-quality, visually engaging bids across our growing pipeline of new-build construction tenders; ideally with a background in the Education sector.

You'll be part of a small yet dynamic pre-construction team, supporting the full bid lifecycle from early engagement through to tender submission and client presentations. You'll support the Pre-Construction Team and collaborate with design, commercial, and operational leads to develop compelling, compliant, and high-impact submissions.
