My client, a boutique chartered surveying practice based near Liverpool Street Station in London, is looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team of six.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Building Surveyor to make a tangible impact in a supportive environment, with a clear progression route towards directorship.

As a Building Surveyor, you will oversee a varied client portfolio, including education, retail, commercial, and office projects, for local authorities and offshore developers. You’ll deliver both professional and project services, leveraging your expertise to exceed client expectations.

• Delivering a range of professional and project services.
• Collaborating with an experienced and approachable team.
• Playing an active role in practice development, with opportunities to progress into leadership.

• MRICS qualified.
• Holds a RICS-accredited degree.
• Consultancy or private practice background.
• Proven experience across professional and project-based instructions.
• Ambitious and proactive, thriving in a smaller team setting.

• Salary
  : £50,000 – £60,000
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
