Construction Project Coordinator Windows, Glazing And Glass Fittings

Key Responsibilities

• Full project responsibility from the time customer accepts our estimate to the final payment received
• Interpret architectural drawings specifications and site requirements
• Organise surveys
• Liaise with suppliers contractors fitters and clients
• Occasional site visits to assess scope and logistics
• H&S

• Proven experience in the glass or construction industry
• Knowledge of glazing systems materials and installation processes is advantageous
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
