Project Manager - Construction Management

Diamond Blaque is seeking a competent Contract Project Manager specialising in Construction Management for a prominent temporary industry client based in Tower Hamlets, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves coordinating all aspects of project planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication, alongside managing surveyors and other construction professionals to meet project specifications and compliance standards.

This position is ideal for an experienced project manager who excels in a dynamic construction environment and can drive projects forward efficiently within a temporary contract framework.

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and management practices
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including surveyors and contractors
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and building standards
• Experience working within the public sector or with public organisations advantageous
• Availability for an initial 9-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £218.00 PAYE or £302.00 via Umbrella/Ltd, with an inside IR35 status.
