An opportunity for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join a growing commercial building surveying team working across a PICK range of instructions in both commercial and residential property.

• Contract administration
• Dilapidations
• Building pathology
• General commercial building surveying work in line with an Associate / Chartered level role

You’ll manage your own workload, build strong client relationships, and be trusted to run instructions end-to-end.

• MRICS with a degree in Building Surveying
• Strong technical grounding across commercial buildings
• Confident managing client‑facing instructions
• Good working knowledge of building contracts
• Commercially minded – able to hit fee targets and spot new work
• Comfortable using modern surveying tech
• Up‑to‑date technical knowledge

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Client‑focused and commercially aware
• Interested in developing long‑term client relationships
• Full UK driving licence and access to a ca
