Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and manage detailed construction programmes using industry-standard planning software to support the delivery of live residential projects.

- Track site progress against the programme, identify delays, risks and critical path issues, and help develop practical mitigation plans.
- Produce and present regular programme updates, progress reports, look-ahead schedules and forecasts for project and site meetings.
- Support both pre-construction and live projects by developing baseline programmes, schedule plans and strategies that align with construction objectives.

The Ideal Candidate
- Will have at least 5 years’ UK experience in construction planning, ideally within new-build residential, giving you a strong understanding of how projects are built, sequenced and managed on site.
- Be confident using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project to build, update and analyse detailed programmes, including critical path, progress tracking and forecasting.
- Highly organised and analytical, able to turn site information into clear, reliable programmes and communicate them effectively to project managers, site teams and subcontractors.
- Comfortable working between office and site environments, collaborating closely with delivery teams to keep programmes accurate and realistic.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
