The Role:
An established, design-led construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing London team. You will be involved in full end-to-end cost management, working across a diverse and high-quality project portfolio.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties, with limited travel as all sites are London-based.
Key Responsibilities:
Full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
Cost planning, cost reporting, and budget management.
Preparation and administration of JCT contracts.
Procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
Valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Working closely with private clients, architects, and consultants.
Supporting projects from feasibility through to completion.
Project Exposure:
High-end residential developments.
Commercial projects up to £40m.
Arts and gallery spaces.
Office fit-outs (£10m - £40m).
About You:
Intermediate QS experience.
Consultancy background preferred.
Strong experience delivering projects end-to-end.
Solid knowledge of JCT contracts.
Excellent communication skills.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with high integrity.
