Join a well-established, design-led interiors contractor delivering high-quality commercial and bespoke interior projects across London.

They operate at the detail-driven end of the market, working closely with clients, designers and construction teams to deliver technically demanding interior and refurbishment schemes. Their work is hands-on, fast-moving and quality-focused — not corporate, not volume-led.

With a strong pipeline and a growing team, they’re now looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to support live projects and work closely with the Construction Director.

The Role
This is a hands-on Project QS role, combining office-based commercial control with regular site involvement.

You will:

Take commercial ownership of interior and refurbishment projects
Manage cost reporting, valuations and variations across live schemes
Prepare and maintain accurate cost plans, forecasts and CVRs
Work closely with the Construction Director, site teams and subcontractors
Support procurement and subcontractor package management
Be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early cost input through to final account
Operate across both office and site environments, staying close to delivery
What they’re looking for

Project Quantity Surveyor (intermediate to senior level)
Hands-on background — comfortable on site as well as commercially
Strong experience with cost reporting, variations and live project control
Background in interiors, refurbishment or similar delivery-focused environments
Commercially aware, practical and delivery-driven
Someone who thrives in a smaller, close-knit contractor rather than a corporate setup
Looking for a long-term, permanent role (not freelance)
