- Lead cost planning, procurement, and cost control
- Manage budgets, reporting, and contractor payments
- Prepare tenders and negotiate contracts
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Support value engineering and risk assessments
- 3+ years’ UK QS or cost consultancy experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- MRICS/MCIOB (or working towards)
- Collaborative and commercially focused approach
