Project Manager – Large‑Scale Construction Projects
We recruit Project Managers for leading Built Environment consulting firms in the UK. This opportunity involves working closely with a senior leadership team on large‑scale construction projects of £50‑100 million+ in London’s West End.
Salary: up to £85,000 per annum plus a generous benefits package, including bonus, private medical, life assurance, and more.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leadership on project delivery across pre‑construction and delivery phases.
- Manage contract administration and Employer’s Agent responsibilities.
- Maintain strong client relationships with private sector developer clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Mid‑Senior level experience in the UK consultancy or developer market.
- Demonstrated experience in pre‑construction and delivery of large‑scale projects.
- Strong contract administration and Employer’s Agent background.
- Track record of working with private sector developer clients.
- Competitive salary up to £85,000 per annum.
