Site Manager role: lead Site Joiners on a high-profile joinery fitout project. Focus on joinery elements, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and record-keeping.

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth execution of joinery fitout work.
• Manage and support a team of Site Joiners, ensuring productivity and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Logistics Team to coordinate materials, schedules, and site needs.
• Maintain accurate digital records of work completion using a mobile or tablet-based system.
• Conduct quality checks, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client expectations.
• Uphold health & safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in a joinery fitout environment.
• Strong knowledge of doors and other joinery elements in large-scale projects.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of skilled joiners.
• Ability to liaise with project stakeholders for seamless communication.
• Competence in digital record-keeping (mobile/tablet-based reporting).
• A detail‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
