MRICS Building Surveyor / Project Manager
📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
💰 Up to £80,000
We’re looking for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor (4+ years PQE) to step into a dynamic Project Manager role, delivering projects from early design stages through to handover. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, leading meetings, managing programmes, and ensuring technical quality throughout construction.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading project, design & construction meetings
- Overseeing design, technical reviews & site inspections
- Managing programmes, risks, reporting & budgets
- Supporting procurement, tenders & contractor coordination
- Administering contracts, monitoring progress & ensuring quality
- Guiding projects from concept to completion
🔸 MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
🔸 4+ years post-qualification experience
🔸 Strong technical, reporting & communication skills
🔸 Confident managing multiple stakeholders and projects
🔸 Solid understanding of design, procurement & JCT contracts
