š° Ā£33,000 - Ā£38,000 basic (realistic OTE Ā£36,000 - Ā£45,000+)

This role supports essential infrastructure works delivered on the Thames Water network, using modern trenchless and UV lining technologies.
The RoleAs UV Team Chargehand / Lining Operative, you will play a key supporting role in the delivery of UV CIPP lining projects, working closely with the Foreman to coordinate daily site activities. Acting as the Foremanās right-hand person, you will help guide the crew, communicate progress, maintain site standards and ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently. This is a handsāon, site-based role, with standādown days spent at the West Drayton depot.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Foreman in coordinating daily site activities
- Assist in delivering UV CIPP lining works to programme and specification
- Guide and mentor less experienced operatives on site
- Help maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
- Communicate progress and site issues to the Foreman and management
- Assist with completion of site paperwork and documentation
- Promote a strong health & safety culture at all times
- Experience working with UV lining or trenchless technologies
- Background within the water or utilities sector
- Ability to lead by example and support site teams
- Strong awareness of health & safety requirements
- Willingness to be handsāon and adaptable on site
- Full UK driving licence
- £33,000 - £38,000 basic salary
- Regular overtime, offering the opportunity to earn 10% - 20%+ above basic
