Location: Greater London
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fire door installation, replacement, and maintenance projects
- Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient operations
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets fire safety standards
- Maintain strong client communication and professional reporting
- Coordinate materials, schedules, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations
- Proven experience in fire door projects or passive fire protection
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, including BM TRADA / FIRAS (advantageous)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in or able to commute to London / Essex
