Associate Cost Manager

ABOUT THE COMPANY

I am working with a leading construction consultancy to recruit an Associate-level Quantity Surveyor to work on a £100m+ projects for developer clients in the Commercial & Residential sectors.

The company is an independently-owned partnership with an excellent reputation in the sector, working with blue-chip clients across London & the UK.

The Associate QS will be joining an experienced and successful team, working closely with the Partners and will take the lead on key projects across all RIBA stages. They will also manage a team of surveyors and support with their development, including APC mentoring.

Candidates for this role should be MRICS qualified with 6+ years' quantity surveying experience and demonstrable experience within a professional quantity surveying consultancy or client-side environment. You should also have experience delivering major projects (ideally £100m+ in value) in the Residential & Commercial sectors.
