We are a well‑established main contractor delivering high‑quality construction projects across West London and the surrounding areas. Our portfolio includes residential, mixed‑use and commercial developments, with project values ranging from small works to multi‑million‑pound schemes. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team to work on a £30m high‑end refurbishment project based in the west end of London.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre‑construction through to final account. You will work closely with project teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will report to a Commercial Manager and will lead the project on a day‑to‑day basis.

• Commercial management of projects from inception to completion
• Preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts
• Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Procurement and management of subcontractors
• Valuation and agreement of variations
• Cost reporting and risk management
• Assisting with contract administration
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor
• Experience working on construction projects in the UK
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (preferred)
